古早味肉燥油麵
- 食材:油麵、肉燥、韭菜段、滷蛋、香菜末
- 調味料:高湯、香油
- 作法:
- 1.在適量的滾開水中,將油麵散開放入,並用筷子攪動避免沾黏,熟成後瀝乾水分放至碗中(麵條軟硬度,依個人口感),並淋上少許香油拌勻備用。
- 2.將韭菜段放入燙麵水中燙熟,撈起瀝乾放入作法1.碗中,淋上肉燥,放上滷蛋和香菜末,最後舀入高湯即可。
- 3.可加入您所喜愛的佐料做成湯麵、炒麵,及涼麵,或加入XO醬、麻醬,等各式醬料做成乾拌麵,多種風味,簡單又美味。
Cooking Suggestion
- Stir Fry: Add the noodles to boiling water, use a fork to loosen noodles completely, and cook about 4-6 minutes, drain the noodles and rinse well with cold water, drain again. Add your favorite ingredients, and stir fry, taste well.
- Noodle Soup: Cook noodles in large pot of boiling water until tender, drain, add to soup-stock in pot, serve with meats, vegetables or your favorite ingredients and seasoning. You can vary the recipe according to your favorite taste and preference.
- Add your favorite ingredients and sauce to made noodle soup, fried noodles, or cold noodles, dried noodles and other kinds of simple way, easy and delicious.
